Good we bought one after having fish cooked by relatives on one and thought it was really good, so have bought a few as Christmas presents with a note to oil grill and meat/fish you are cooking and always make sure to top up the water in the bottom of the grill.

|Outdoor cooking idea,
I saw this and it looked like a great idea to use on my little ‘Freedom’ table top gas ring. It works perfectly and is a great way to cook outdoors for one person (or maybe two) without all the mess of a barbecue. Great for raw prawns and chicken strips, I have even done little sausages on it as well. You do need to make sure the cooking surface is properly oiled before use but it cooks the food well and seems to keep it moist and succulent. A handy little gadget.
